​Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted jewelry that is welded directly onto you, eliminating the need for a clasp. It’s designed to stay on until you decide to have it removed, making it a lasting, personalized accessory.

 

2. Does it hurt to get permanent jewelry?

Not at all! The process is quick, and the welding is done on the chain, not your skin. You’ll feel completely safe and comfortable during the process.

 

3. Can permanent jewelry be removed?

Yes! You can easily remove it with scissors or wire cutters if needed. If you’d like to have it re-welded later, just contact us!

 

4. What happens if my jewelry breaks?

​If your jewelry breaks, keep the chain and reach out to us for a repair. Your first repair is free, and additional repairs are $15 plus tax. If the chain is damaged beyond repair, a replacement chain will need to be purchased.

 

5. Is permanent jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely! We use high-quality materials such as solid gold, gold filled or sterling silver, which are hypoallergenic and safe for most skin types. If you have specific sensitivities, let us know, and we can guide you to the best option.

6. What does gold filled mean?

​Gold-filled jewelry consists of a thick, solid layer of gold bonded to a brass core through a mechanical process. It contains 100 times more gold than gold-plated chains, making it significantly more durable. Most gold-filled chains are crafted with 14K or 12K gold and are known for their high quality and resistance to tarnishing.

7. Can I wear permanent jewelry through airport security?

Yes! TSA allows permanent jewelry and will not ask you to remove it when going through security. 

 

8. How long does permanent jewelry last?

The lifespan of permanent jewelry depends on factors such as the type of jewelry, material quality, care, and individual factors like body chemistry and lifestyle. With proper care, it can last as long as you’d like—until you’re ready to remove it.

9. What if I need to remove my jewelry temporarily?

You can cut your jewelry off with scissors if necessary. Keep the chain, and we can reattach it for a small fee.

 

10. Can we book a private event?

Yes! Being part of special moments is an honor.  We require a minimum of five bracelets to be purchased for private events.

11. Can I shower or swim with my permanent jewelry?

Yes! Our jewelry is designed to withstand daily wear, including showering and swimming. However, exposure to harsh chemicals like chlorine or saltwater may cause some materials to tarnish over time.

 

12. How should I care for my chains?

Exposure to the elements can accelerate wear on your chain. Chemicals such as sulfur in water, self-tanner, chlorine, and salt water can cause metals to break down more quickly. To preserve its quality, avoid harsh chemicals whenever possible.
